Everything was great except for the water bowl, It had a tiny leak in it and I contacted customer service and they’re sending me another one free of charge. I’m very thankful for that, good job on their end. It’s labeled as ball python habitat, it should be changed to baby ball python habitat nothing bigger than a juvenile can really use this.
